Video | Patroling Nesbyen, Norway on the 691 and E-Zero

On a recent trip to Norway, our plan was to wind down, enjoy the local hospitality and take in the beautiful sights, but as soon as we learned about the local bike park we couldn't resist but to hit the trail.

Luckily for us, we had a couple of local guides to show us the best trails on offer, and also give our Patrol 691 enduro bike and E-Zero e-Hardtail their first taste of Norwegian mud, grit and water.

Henrik and Adrian were the perfect hosts, helping us set up camp at a local cabin in Nesbyen, treating us to local Norwegian food and drink, and being all-round great guys to go Patroling with.

For our trip, Adrian chose the 2020 Patrol E-Zero as his ride, a modern alloy hardtail featuring a Shimano E8000 motor, 1 x 12 Shimano drivetrain and our own SMP / Patrol 630Wh internal battery.

Henrik rolled out on the big guns and rode the 2020 Patrol 691, our longest travel full-suspension bike to date, with 29in wheels, Fox Suspension, Shimano 1 x 12 drivetrain and the latest Superboost rear wheel hub spacing.

Thanks again to those guys, and we look forward to Patroling Norway with them again soon.
